You know that marketing conundrum you keep putting to the bottom of the list? Maybe it's the newsletter that goes out every fortnight to an audience who stopped opening it months ago, or the ads that have spent a small fortune without a single enquiry to show for it, or the LinkedIn page you're updating at 9pm on a Sunday through gritted teeth. Whatever it is, bring it to me for an hour and you'll leave knowing exactly what to do about it, and just as importantly, what to stop doing about it.

Once you've booked, I'll send you a short prep sheet called Worth the squeeze? asking what you're doing, what it costs and whether it's earning its keep. I'll also ask what problem you need to solve most of all.
I read your answers before we speak, so the whole hour is spent on the problem. Afterwards you receive a recording of the call, with a written report and a suggestion on where to start.
→ A straight answer on the thing that's been bugging you
→ My verdict on everything else you're doing
→ A written report with what to do first
→ Permission to stop what isn't worth the effort

I'll send over Worth the squeeze?, a prep sheet that takes twenty minutes and a cup of tea. Fill it in honestly (nobody's marking it). Send it back at least two days before we speak.
I turn up having read your sheet, so we skip the long intro. You'll get thirteen years' worth of experience advising you on what to keep, what to bin and what to try instead.
Within two working days, you'll have the recording, a written report, and a note of the one thing I'd do first. Then it's over to you.

"Beth is also incredibly personable and friendly, which made the session relaxed and easy to engage with. I came away feeling confident and well-supported, with clear takeaways I could actually use."

I've spent over a decade helping businesses do less marketing, better, and now it's your turn.

I run Lemon Squeezy Marketing, a strategy-first consultancy based in Dorset, UK (or anywhere with decent wifi), working with businesses worldwide. I spend most of my week on audits and retainers, helping businesses do less marketing, better.
The Power Hour is the short version. One problem, my honest read on it and a clear recommendation, from someone who has seen many businesses do too much marketing and not enough of it well.

£375

STILL UNSURE?
The more specific the better. "My newsletter open rate has halved since March" is a cracking Power Hour. "I need a marketing strategy" is a big ask, and a whole different service.
Brilliant. Stick them on the prep sheet (including any you gave up on), and we'll start from where you actually are rather than going round the same loop.
You'll get just as much out of the hour. Put what you know on the prep sheet, however little that is, and I'll meet you there. No jargon, no assumed knowledge, just a plan you can follow.
Yes, the call recording will be sent after the call. You'll also get a written note of what we covered and what to do first, in case you'd rather skim than rewatch.
